LDA subsequently extended the payment date by one day for the convenience of LDA City allottees, allowing applicable dues to be submitted up to 6 January 2025.
Latest Position in 2026
Those deadlines are now historical. We have not found a newer blanket development-charge deadline that should be presented as applicable to every LDA City file or plot.

Late Payment Markup on LDA City Development Charges
Official LDA challan documentation states that where payment is not made by the due date, markup at 17.50% per annum can be charged on belated payments until the date of final payment.
The same challan documentation explains that certain charges may initially be calculated on an ad-hoc or provisional basis and that actual charges may be reconciled at the time of issuing a full recovery certificate and before transfer documentation is completed.
